OP didn’t answer (at least not on this version of the thread), but I would say yes, gentiles absolutely should reblog. Lack of knowledge is what allows this shit to grow unchecked.

To add to what @princecupcake and @faunafauna said, the Korean hate runs way deep in Japan. The reason Hetalia IIRC was canceled was because the network that aired it refused not depict the country in a manner similar to that of a minstrel show. Even third generation Koreans and those with a Korean grandparent are not considered legal citizens.
